I hereby grant Green Pathways to Success, Inc. (GPS) and Green Prospects
& Solutions LLC (GPS Intrepid) the right to photograph, record, use,
copyright, publish, or display images of myself/my child through video,
photo, or digital camera. These may be used solely in promotional,
educational, nonprofit, and business branding materials, which include
brochures, websites, social media, online stores, digital ads, merchandise
campaigns, reports, and multimedia presentations.
I understand that my image/my child’s image, likeness, and/or voice may
be used for GPS’s nonprofit and business purposes only, and will not be
resold or transferred to third parties. I release both entities, their agents,
and/or licensees from any and all liability for claims arising from this
agreement.
